Technical and Vocational Education is the backbone of any developed economy. Our government is fully committed to expanding TVET opportunities across Pakistan. Through NAVTTC, we are ensuring that every young Pakistani has access to quality skill training that opens doors to dignified employment. The recent reforms in TVET sector, including curriculum modernization and international certifications, are positioning our workforce for success in the global market. I encourage all youth to take advantage of these free training programs.

Pakistan's youth are our greatest asset. At NAVTTC, we are committed to transforming this demographic dividend into a skilled workforce that can compete globally. Our vision is to make quality technical education accessible to every corner of Pakistan, ensuring no one is left behind in the journey towards economic prosperity. Through our various initiatives like the Prime Minister's Youth Skill Development Program and Hunarmand Pakistan, we are not just training individuals - we are building the foundation for a self-reliant Pakistan. The landscape of work is rapidly changing, and NAVTTC is at the forefront of preparing Pakistan's workforce for the challenges and opportunities of the 21st century. We have revolutionized our approach by introducing Competency-Based Training (CBT) aligned with National Vocational Qualifications Framework (NVQF). Our digital transformation initiatives including NSIS, LMIS, and the NEXT portal are connecting skilled graduates with employers both locally and internationally. Together, we are building a Pakistan that exports skills, not just labor.
